Finanzio Terms and Conditions

The service period begins on the date of the Client’s onboarding session, marking the start of the first 30-day subscription cycle.
The initial payment for the setup and first 3 months of service is $997 USD, payable in full prior to the onboarding session.
This payment includes system setup, configuration, and access to the platform for the first month.
After the first month, the subscription will automatically renew every month at $197 USD per month.
The Client may cancel the subscription at any time before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
The payment method initially provided by the Client will be used for recurring charges unless updated by the Client prior to the next billing date.
To ensure the Client receives maximum value from the platform, Finanzio will provide a comprehensive onboarding process, including interactive training sessions and easy-to-understand educational materials that cover all essential aspects of the software.
Clients will also receive ongoing support resources and best-practice strategies to enhance their performance on the platform.
The initial payment of $997 USD
is non-refundable once the Client has completed the onboarding session and gained full access to the Finanzio system.
All monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Any missed or failed payments will result in a suspension of services until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Finanzio reserves the right to terminate access to the platform in cases of continued non-payment.
Finanzio cannot guarantee that the Client will achieve profitability using the platform, as success depends on multiple factors beyond the platform's scope, including the Client’s individual sales skills, effort, and business environment. The Client's ability to close sales will significantly impact their results.
However, to ensure the highest chance of success, Finanzio provides extensive resources, including industry-tested sales scripts, ongoing live support, and one-on-one coaching. These resources are designed to empower the Client with the knowledge and strategies required to achieve sustainable business growth.
Finanzio is committed to the long-term success of its clients. Active members will have access to unlimited 1-on-1 support calls
for as long as their subscription remains active, providing tailored guidance to help them navigate challenges, optimize performance, and achieve their goals.
Finanzio disclaims responsibility for ensuring that ad templates or campaigns provided to the Client comply with third-party advertising standards.
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all campaigns and marketing efforts launched through the Finanzio platform comply with the policies of relevant advertising providers, Managing General Agents (MGAs), local laws, and any other regulatory or industry standards applicable to their business.
Finanzio encourages Clients to independently verify compliance before launching any campaign.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of Finanzio. The Client will be notified of any updates via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after such changes will constitute the Client's acceptance of the revised terms.
Finanzio offers comprehensive support through various channels, including but not limited to
live 1-on-1 coaching calls, support ticket submissions, email assistance, and live chat within the platform.

From onboarding to ongoing platform optimization, we are committed to ensuring every Client achieves maximum results and a smooth experience with the platform.
7.1
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that their Facebook account, Meta ad account, or any other external account necessary for utilizing the Finanzio platform remains active and operational. Finanzio will make every effort to assist the Client in resolving external issues, such as ad account suspensions or restrictions, to enhance the Client’s experience and ensure smoother operations.
7.2
While Finanzio strives to provide guidance and support to the best of its knowledge, it is ultimately not responsible for fixing external issues outside of its control. Clients are encouraged to reach out directly to the support teams of the respective external companies for additional assistance in such cases.
7.3
If a Client has been fully onboarded to the Finanzio platform but is unable to use all features due to an external issue, such as an inoperative ad account, Finanzio is not liable for the disruption. As stated in
Section 2.1, no refunds will be issued once onboarding is complete.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Finanzio and the Client and supersede any prior discussions, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral.
By accessing and using the platform, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
